Episode 100: What If You Said Yes—Just for a Season?

Welcome to episode 100 of To Help You Heal! I can’t believe we’re here. Whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or this is your very first listen, I’m so glad you joined me.

This week I'm sharing how this podcast began, the growth I’ve experienced, and what I hope you’ve gained as well. I started this podcast nearly two years ago, right after writing my book To Help You Heal, because I felt compelled to have deeper conversations about pain, healing, and transformation. Week after week, we’ve walked through mindset shifts, relationship challenges, spiritual questions, and so many real-life healing moments—together.

In This Episode, We're Talking About:

  • Why I launched To Help You Heal

  • How easy it is to feel isolated in pain—and how healing begins with connection

  • The surprising impact of showing up consistently, even without guaranteed outcomes

  • Encouragement for stepping into whatever's on your heart (small steps matter)

  • The ripple effect: your healing will inevitably impact someone else

A Few Questions for You:

  • Is there something you feel compelled to step into this season?

  • What would it look like to commit—not forever—but for a short, intentional time?

  • Could a small step like a weekly prayer walk, journaling, or setting a boundary be your next move toward healing?

I’d Love to Hear From You:

Have any episodes impacted you personally, I’d love to hear your story.

Let’s Keep Growing Together:

A Final Word:

This podcast has been one of the most consistent things I’ve done in the past two years—and it’s been a gift. Not just because I’ve shown up 100 times, but because you have too. If there’s something stirring in your heart, I encourage you to follow it. Your healing is worth it. And remember, what God is doing in you is often something He wants to use through you, too.
